      Nothing in particular as everything is adverse, you will.make good friends who are frustrated in the company scenario

      LEONI INDIA is going through severe cash crunch such that they have to pay cut for managers and above level. Also, for potential candidates who are seeking job, kindly go through latest news regarding LEONI as it is in acquisition stage. All the present employees are severely dissatisfied and searching for job. So , analyse the risk, try to connect with present and ex employees and then only proceed. Above all, management is clueless about the market and busy in politics. HR has no work to do but poke there nose in individuals. HR in particular is horrible.

      It is a stable company that gives you an stable job.

      The work environment is terrible specially in the logistic area. They expect you to stay more time than the established, and if you leave at time the manager will notice. The feedback that you receive from the general manager is constant shouting .
