Nothing that one can mention.

Cons

Very bad management team, filled with politics and mind games. Highly biased when it comes to gender equality. Do not support employees with "necessary and basic needs". No provision for employees transportation at odd hours. They just want their work to be done, they would not bother about employee's condition.
