Pros
Had some great projects and colleagues, getting good working relationships and openness in collaboration. Teams and tasks vary often, to have a good learning experience. Flexible and mostly very fair in terms of working hours and (paid!) overtime.
Cons
Sometimes people get caught up in long-term projects. When not having the benefit of being in a great team with a positive boss, there is a risk of not getting the most interesting tasks. But this is quite normal for such a big company, so it requires the normal proactiveness.
