Pros
- Fully Remote/Hybrid options - Project-based assignments, so getting to try out new things and work with new people! - Lots of focus on career + technical growth - Nice amount of PTO + company holidays
Cons
- New projects all the time, mean onboarding/getting up to speed a lot. It also means a different management style for each project - Time zones for teammates can be a struggle.
