Pros

Good starting pay and being from a big 4 means something. Learned a lot and nice to work with people your own age

Cons

Up or out philosphy. Very political. Lots of gossiping and shit-talking. Managers played favorites always. Asked to eat hours. Not worth it.

Pros

KPMG gives a lot of training to its employees, which is essential for them to become the best in the business. This allows the employees the best opportunities to pursue better jobs

Cons

As ususal with public accounting, you are subject to long hours. It doesn't really get better the further up the food chain you go.

Pros

People are smart, friendly and professional. Everyone has been very supportive and encouraging.

Cons

None. As an intern, I don't have to work many hours. Full-time employees work more than 40 hours during tax season, however.
