Pros

Great company benefits package. Welcome day that helps you understand the company the values and most important the areas who is responsible who contact and which websites to use. My team is really nice including my LM. I feel that there is open feedback and space for growth and flexibility

Cons

So far nothing specific. The only thing is that they could be more flexible with the working from home. Having to come to the office 3 days a week, depending on your type of job is not extremely necessary. Would be nice to be able to alternate.

Pros

For a bank the work is quite refreshing. They try to use as much new technology as possible and follow the latest guidelines. I was surprised that there is so much experimenting.

Cons

It is still a bank and compared to a traditional software company, it's quite conservative. I think that all the regulations hinder the maximum output of the teams.
