Friendly and very knowledgeable colleagues. Good offices and facilities. Ability to move across jurisdictions within the Group.

Cons

Salary is not increased with inflation (atleast in my location). No salary increases in my location unless change in position promotion. This can lead to a sense of frustration as day-to-day prices increase, but salary remains unchanged.
