Pros

I thought that the company really emphasied on good work-life balance, there was a lot of flexibility. Bosses were very approachable and nice to talk to

Cons

Too much free time. Sometimes you wish you had more work to do. People can be a bit cliquish.

Pros

The bank is focused on private banking - which makes up 100% of the company's profits, instead of like 1% in other banking behemoths: ideal for job seekers with private banking ambition. Work-life balance is very good in general and people are friendly and helpful.

Cons

The pure private banking focus also means that it's not suitable for people with other banking ambitions (investment banking, exotic & rocket-science stuff.) Pay increment is not great. For locations outside HQ in Zurich, be mindful that decision-making in certain areas can be rather centralized/ culture can be Swiss-centric.
