Great place to get a generalist experience in analyst class! I would highly recommend people to work at Jefferies. Good culture.

Cons

Jefferies doesn't have a strong brand as some of the bulge bracket firms in terms of investment banking in the US or internationally.

Cons

No matter how hard you work, the credit goes to someone above you who did nothing to assist you with success.

MK Resources' best quality was the flexibility of upper management. It was truly a place where you got out what you put in.

Cons

Unfortunately job security wasn't guaranteed. As it is a contract business, work was dependent on demand which could fluctuate wildly.
