Pros
Lots of floating holiday and Sick time. Lots of diverse people.
Cons
Layoffs been happening for the past 2 years and it's still going throughout this year. No room to grow or move up positions unless someone from your team leaves the department or transfers. Went through 3 managers within 4 years. People will not communicate with you and instead will play telephone, so then you'll hear it from someone else.
