Pros

Intel has a balanced work culture. I didn't find that environment toxic at all. It is changing, and you have to keep learning every day, but I absolutely loved it.

Cons

Personally, I didn't enjoy my role.

Pros

* Work can be interesting, depending on the module * Can work hybrid * My experience with training was good

Cons

* It feels that upper management might not really understand how responsibilities for engineers have changed since the time they started at Intel. Things are far more automated now and a lot of work does not require engineers to physically be in the fab or onsite * Red tape can be annoying, but is usually easy to navigate
