Pros

I worked with some really awesome people, so many smart individuals. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and patient and was willing to help you learn. There is so much incredible development being done, it's a cool place to work

Cons

LAYOFFS. I survived the first round of layoffs while I was there for 3 months and was unfortunately laid off this time around. The atmosphere is terrible these days, everyone is on eggshells, no one knows if they will have a job in a few months, there's more work for everyone to do and less people. It will be interesting to see what happens going forward

Pros

This company used to have great benefits and people spent their entire careers here. Not anymore.

Cons

Poor strategic directions by ELT have run this once-glorious company into the ground.
