Kind manager on my team, as well as lots of support systems all around me

In office is pointless, especially since 99% of meetings are online, why am I commuting to work to get on a call that I could be doing from my home?

-The benefits start from day one -It is a job

Cons

-Minimum 2 days/week in office. Some positions like this one don't need to be in the office more than once a week but the big boss suggests otherwise. -Tedious process work that gets old pretty quickly -Pay is low for the amount of work that needs to be done -Training curriculum is non-existent -Call centre style phone queue which can be hard to complete the work you are assigned to do when it is busy on phones
