      Not the company I once knew

      Pros

      Excellent Work/Life Balance and Upper Management as a whole cares about the well-being of their employees. Fair compensation and great benefits.

      Cons

      Intact management used to hire, follow and promote core values which treated everyone equally based on the content of their character and qualifications, regardless of their background. Now new "woke" management has pivoted to implement endless, divisive, social justice campaigns which appear to promote identity/gender over competency. This has lead to top quality, hard working talent leaving because they want to work, not be part of political campaigns.

With regards to pay, it can be complex as there are many things to consider when determining someone's salary.       Great company to work for

      Pros

      - Good work life balance - Supportive team members - Great pay - Resources available to learn of processes - Quick turnaround for IT for work from home set up - Amazing corporate culture - Open door policy; no barriers between management and staff

      Cons

      Not a huge con but onboarding was a little tough in hybrid model with no training provided by HR on company policies/benefits/company values, etc. - you were meant to read this on your own. Resources are available of course but in the first few days, things get overwhelming as you figure things out so it's nice to have a formal training session with HR during the first couple of days of onboarding. Again, not a deal breaker in my opinion but might be nice to have. Otherwise, a great company to work for even with this issue.
