Depends how low your standards are.

Cons

Poor work/life balance, office politics, unethical, poor leadership, uneducated leadership, constant structure changing, constant firing in order to shake things up.

The starting off salary is competitive Medical and Dental benefits start on day one Coworkers are helpful and generally more knowledgable than the management

Cons

Micro-managed Expected to take verbal abuse from customers Scrutinized if you need to use the washroom more than once a day Awful/mean management If you hear "that's not the face we like to put on Intact" once, you'll hear it a million times Heavy work load Expected to be the most positive and amazing employee ever even though management treats you like you're just a number, not worthy of the job, and an idiot
