      Good Start a Career but not for more than a 2 years

      Cons

      Full of politics Managers are rude and they have no mercy, they ask to do OT and Salary is also less. They favour only people who work like slave

      Meet a lot of friendly people in training, in your teams etc. Open 8-8 so never an issue with public transport.

      Cons

      Poor management who are completely unsuitable and untrained for their roles. Very face fits culture, if you stand out in any way you won’t progress. Unfair workloads and time expectancy for you to resolve issues, coupled with little support from management. Archaic computer systems that are far too slow for demand, and management will blame you/fail you on targets for being too slow.
