I’ve only been with the business a matter of months however the environment is exceptional in relation to culture and opportunities to colleagues across the entire group. Work is underway to enhance engagement and also the business is delivering a new IT platform to make lives easier for colleagues and customers. A business that’s in touch however aware of its development areas which leadership are actively working towards improving.

Cons

Similar to a lot of businesses salaries are slightly out of range to attract top talent however similar to above actions underway to resolve.
