Staff are undervalued. Seems to be case of last in, first out following recent purchases/sales. Very much a case of looking after existing staff.

You have alot of exposure to different accounting functions, wide range and use of excel and banking platforms

Cons

Work load and time management in the sense of working overtime other than that rather satisfied with the organisation
