      Pros

      When I joined this company not knowing anything about Home Insurnace, I was fulfilled with all the information at my own pace, and I was suited my learning in the way it suits me the most. I couldn't fault RSA for their training at all, I have only worked for this company for 4 months but I feel like I have been here for years with the knowledge I have been provided with. There are so many voluntary work to be involved with and so many charity events, you are always noticed when you do well, too. I may have not been with the company for very long but I have been noticed for my hard work and have been praised for this.

      Excellent pension scheme, Flexible benefits salary sacrifice scheme, Apprentice schemes, If you work hard and want to progress there are always opportunities. Flexible working environment

      Cons

      Some sites have free parking and some don't, it would be good to see something arranged for those that don't

      Words that come to mind: Recognition, engagement prizes and bring your dog to work days, inclusive environment, development opportunities, work-life balance conscious, community of friends and employees, tenure rewards, benefits and appreciative employers.

      Cons

      Not the highest paid call centre role but the job has so much more to offer than the salary alone.
