No business direction, strategy or marketing support. The entire team speaks Portuguese in office around Canadian colleagues, leadership has extremely limited english proficiency. Portuguese is spoken in office, during internal meetings and client strategy calls. AE role includes marketing, Sales Development, Account Management, Legal negotiations, customer support and way more that is entirely out of scope - all positioned as "wearing multiple hats" with no career development opportunities. No sales tools are offered. There is no sales structure, coaching, mentorship or support. Many reps are fired after 7-12 months without any Performance Improvement Plan or guidance.

The company offers services to clients without having the ability to execute them. Too much marketing and not enough experience. They hire professionals for short projects without telling them about it and, when the project is over, they put the professionals on warning and fire them. Managers are unapproachable and don't like talking to their subordinates.
