Pros

Teams are tight people are close. Most managers are good to work with and provide good leadership and coaching. Benefits package is pretty decent.

Cons

Systems and tools are horrid. Using an AS400 based program gives a painful user experience, Long ramp up times and many inefficiencies. Endpoints are around 8-9 years old. For a tech company they don't like to spend money on the employee technology.

Pros

You can learn and explore by your own. Colleagues are helpful.

Cons

New IT setup, management doesn't care about their employee's growth. No onsite opportunity, no shift allowance, people are waiting for appraisal but no news for this year and appraisal will be applicable from April this means 3 months salary increment will be cut. No budget for project party and releases. Please don't go be seeing fortune company. Poor IT processes.

Pros

Interesting and evolving work environment Opportunities to learn new skills Good sense of camaraderie among teams Encourages volunteering and community involvement

Cons

No room for growth or advancement Too many managers with conflicting directives Required to set annual goals but given no support in reaching them Backstabbing HR department that does not investigate complaints and informs leadership when a complaint has been filed against them so retaliatory measures can be taken Inefficient and unsuccessful attempts at implementing lean tools Little training for entry-level employees and no training for salaried positions Constantly misplacing high-value inventory Falsifies documentation to misrepresent business to customers
