working for ingram india is like dying on an isolated island where your companions wait for a chance to kill and eat you for their survival, extremely bad human resource team, people in ingram waste their entire life to gain nothing and then make others life hell out of frustration, communication and decision making abilities of managers at branch and regional level do not match the positions they are all on

It's a massive organization that runs very lean. There are many strong and smart people that run the business.

Cons

High and frequent re-orgs, RIFs, and highly political culture. Not a trust oriented environment. Everyone seems to spend alot of time on CYAs. Due to the fact that the business is run on very thin margin, admin functions such as Finance, Accounting and IT also run very lean without enough process, systems or people.
