One of the chefs who worked in the cafeteria made the best omelettes and risotto. He was a hidden gem. The training and learning development team are amazing.

Cons

Lots of workplace gossip, if you bonus twice in a row they attempt to make it impossible for you to continue hitting your bonus levels. Cannot believe people continue to drink the company culture koolaid and play along that it was an amazing place to work. Workers are tragically underpaid for what is expected of them and the benefits are below average. The worst 401k match I ever got and the worst job I’ve ever had in my life. So incredibly glad I’m not an employee anymore.

Decent Salary and lot's of opportunity to be trained on many different facets of leadership. I've used these tools to really learn a lot, more than my manager has ever attempted to teach me.

Cons

If you have any aspirations, you've better be ready to get your nose dirty. I've seen management pick and choose favorites. People getting promoted without there being a job posting. If you complain about someone, it's not anonymous, prepare for backlash
