Pros

-Stability -This is a good job if you have little education or career potential

Cons

For an intelligent person, there are no challenges. Most of the jobs are very simple and operational, and hence are redundant. -The pay is extremely low and is rarely based on education or experience. -You are mandated to work 9 hours a day and to take an hour lunch

Pros

Great local team spirit and salary is ok for local area. Great customers who are patient when things take to long.

Cons

Regional management favours anything or anyone German and HR is just as bad as it can get. IS department is at its worst and wastes so much money making clear wrong decisions but we cannot get money for minor improvements. Only friends and yes men or women get promoted and the real talent leaves as quickly as possible and appears at competitors.

Pros

Stable company, good benefits, there are a lot of contacts made on vendor side and internally. Lots of options after ingram

Cons

No strategy, upper management lacks sales knowledge, company let's vendors push them around, very political, no room to grow vertically.
