For a large company, the amount of change that they have committed to undergoing in the next year is staggering. It's refreshing to see. The people I work with are amazing.

Cons

Rapid change and uncertainty in this era of Ingram Micro. They announced that they're going public a year and a half ago and preparing for IPO is never fun.
