Pros

- Mostly good people including some good stakeholders who are open to hear new ideas to implement and ready to adapt. - Some( small % though) really good leaders who are empathetic and truly believe in mentoring and progressing you. - Good business in technology field. Opens doors for lots of opportunities outside. - Good location. - Benefits are ok, in par with industry standards. - Good DEI teams who are truly passionate to make workplace better tomorrow ( but has a loonnnnnnggggg way to get where to the DEI vision)

Cons

- You can either have a very good manager or land up into a very very bad manager. This company has some very good and bad people. - This team work culture encourages long hours and those long hours are not paid or even acknowledged as extra mile effort. In short, an employee working 12-16 hours is celebrated while person who does contracted hours and leaves on time is looked up as inefficient and also leaving on-time is treated as a benefit in itself. - lots of Micro-management. Manager checks Clock in and out but never considers extra hours done as overtime for free are normalised. - Lack of training. Some processes are implemented incomplete and expected for employees to figure out. - No career progression. - More top down culture and lots of favouritism to an extent that biased decisions are taken in terms of flexibility. No one practices what they preach. - Lots of old timers who dominate the place with already build relationships and knowledge that there is no place for fresh young mindsets as they are not ready to work smarter instead prefer hard work which has more visibility. - You will be appreciated on one time and next you suddenly become disposable.
