You have the chance to work at a Fortune 100 technology distribution company. There are many very interesting aspects to what this company does -- not just "pick, pack and ship" as one of their taglines seems to be. As with most tech companies, the environment is also very fast-paced, which will keep you stimulated and on your toes. You'll probably seldom get bored while working at Ingram Micro. If you have the opportunity to work for employees in other countries, that can also be very interesting and fun. The Santa Ana campus is centrally located if you live in OC.

Culture is very employee centric. A strong team environment. Excellent benefits , strong leadership at the executive level. A place where you can advance your career.

Cons

They work on distributor margins ( thin) so they are prone to economic downturns which lead to layoffs. This is part of the model.
