      Pros

      Ingram is a very mature company that has strong leadership and which provides a stabile enviroment. Additionally by being a very large company there are many opportunities to explore various ambitions either in your current department or outside of your current department. Also due to the ever changing business you are often given the opportunity innovate and create.

      Cons

      While there are always oportunities for advancement it isn't always easy to get them. Also this is a very lean company so as large projects come up there is a need to occasionally rally and put in the long hours neccesary to meet deadlines.

      Different job types, variety of people and managers and good experience with multiple vendors.

      Cons

      With so many people in the company, it is hard to stand out. You definitely have to assert yourself at all times and let people know what you are doing and what you want
