      Pros

      Have regular holidays, cumulated paid time off. Colleagues and managers are all friendly and passionate. The company move next year is very exciting.

      Cons

      Paid time off cumulates slow, payment is not very satisfied. Sometimes manager and senior team members are hard to accept initiative and revolutionary ideas.

      Pros

      I respect management. This is HUGE in my eyes. I'd rather get paid less and work for someone I respect then get paid well and work for an ignorant dictator. The environment is very productive yet relaxed. I receive encouragement from all sides and am inspired by leadership. Excellent benefit selection; probably the best I've seen.

      Cons

      The pay is less than other places, but I'd rather be happy. The company site leaves a little to be desired, but that is changing soon, so it really doesn't matter.
