      Worst Company Ever. About the People? Yeah right

      Pros

      Company gives you benefits. People work 6 hour days and nobody notices. Management didn't care and never listened to any of my ideas.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care. It's about a #'s game. Nobody works there. Ideas don't matter and company needs to be more modernized. Get with the social media platform. Watch the movie office space. That's the guy I turned into. No motivation period....

      You get the experience of working with a industry leading company, share and collaborate with top professionals and gain the knowledge to advance your career.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for advancement. It's really about who you know not what you know. Ingram's Williamsville office lack diversity, not only in management but in general.
