      Middle management needs to be competent

      Pros

      Good place to start a career. You get good training and facilities to start your career. Company is growing hence more oppurtunites for growth

      Cons

      Currently the work taken up is low end work such as support and maintenance. Hence it's difficult to get good implementation experience. Too much office politics. Incompetent middle management. Depends on your luck in which project you end up when you start and that decides the oppurtunites you get

      - Professional work experience. - Opportunities to work with global clients at various global locations. - Brand yourself by working for one of the most respected companies of India.

      Cons

      - Slow career growth. - In competent salary structure and benefits. - No perks or benefits outside salary. - Middle management is in-experienced and in-capable to handle the young generation employees.

      Number 2 IT company in India. Has high growth potentials in expanding business.

      Cons

      Average salary with high to very-high variable pay. One can never know how much they will take home. Growth inside the company is not very easy nowadays for a long timer.
