      Great and caring leadership, Open and flat culture, great brand value in outside world, You can walk into CEO's cabin and talk your concern (Not advisable though, Just an example how open senior leadership is).

      Pros

      Infosys is a good place if you want to develop project management as a competence. If you want to excel technically, it is definitely not a place.

      Cons

      It is 70000+ employee company so recognition for work is minimal. There are policies which are less employee friendly and more to reduce headache for the management to deal with situations. In short, people here are 'resources' to achieve business objective and nothing more.
