      Pros

      1. Good opportunities for growth and different types of roles 2. Good work life balance 3. One of the best (if not the best) among IT consulting / outsourcing companies 4. Opportunities to work with some of the best Fortune 500 clients

      Cons

      1. Needs to be more fair in evaluating employees 2. Needs more transparency in decisions related to promotions, etc. 3. Pay / title disparities are high - several cases where people with less talent are paid more because they joined the company when it was very small. 4. There are no perks at all for employees outside India

      Pros

      Sky is the limit if you are good at what you do. Lot of flexibility and opportunities.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Appraisals do not take into account that an employee might have worked on several packages- basically not great for generalists. Not sure why MBAs are recruited as there is no clear career path. Also very rigid work hours and no work from home policy.

      Pros

      Was a great place to work a few years ago . Still is better among other Indian IT companies, the senior management is transparent but middle management needs revamping. Infosys is transparent in most of the cases. The good or bad news is disclosed early. The senior management is quick in making decisions and the decisions are implemented aptly and in time. The facilities are fabulous and the visa department for US visas is one of the best. HR policies are generally employee friendly but there is a downslide here. Centers across India and world provides good choices. Also management is not too finicky about transfers.

      Cons

      Middle management need to be revamped as they are indifferent towards the employer satisfaction and company growth.
