      Pros

      good place if you join at the beginning of your career.

      Cons

      technically incompetent. all good technical staff are made PM's and lot of technical strength is wasted by management. everybody talks abt margins from the lowest developer to the manager. compensation system is totally screwed up. you never know how much you will earn. it varies like a pendulum. there is lots of wastage on comp & benefits. nobody understand and that is why the management keeps this system

      --Very good Infrastructure and facilities at work place --Training and learning opportunities --Esteem Client base --A good platform for meeting lot of people in same place.. may be good for networking and all

      Cons

      -- Irritating amount of dirty politics and mobbing -- Low pay.. -- Senior management dont care about dirty things in lower and middle level .. (May be one day this will result in fall of the company) -- Recogni is based on favourism / gender ?/ politics.. also work allocation, Promotions everything is politics based ..BUT VERY WELL JUSTIFIED BY BEAUTIFULLY COINED WORDS. If you questions it..then they are smart enough to prove you as a STUPID resource -- Somehow company managed ppl (including employees) to believe infosys is great.. Employees who stay there for long time realise what mistake they did.

      Access to Technology. Great Campuses. Good food courts, and facilitiies (if only one has time). Scope to learn a lot.

      Cons

      Mediocre management. Sadistic middle level managers who have no clue about what they do or how they manage. Typical regional politics.
