      The best training facility in the world Can keep leaning by great online study material available Technical challenges are fun our in development team, really good experience Great employee care center, can enjoy work with other recreational activities Very polite management and managers "The place to be"

      Cons

      Might have to work at distinct location as many Development Center are located in SEZ Might face issues related to relocation, as most DC located in Southern part of India. Employee management requires a little more effort in placing the employees in right domain accept that no Cons from the management side as Infy believes in its CLIFE firmly

      Cons

      Not a technology company to work with. Higher management value politics and some kind of wired initiative rather than technology. Most of the project managers think, filling some online system and playing around word,xls is project management.

      Pros

      Processes and Procedures, though they can get a little cumbersome sometimes, they ensure that things remain fair and streamlined -- it is a pleasure to work for this company as compared to some of the other bureaucratic, morally dead companies in the Indian IT sector. This is the only company i think, which offers you a vast playing field and if you are person who likes to take initiative, sky is truly the limit here - if however u are the sorts to crib, you will hate it as nothing will change for you

      Cons

      Sometimes processes get a little cumbersome. Risk averse company so takes a little time to adapt to new fangled ideas -- everything is looked at through a microscope :)
