      Surprisingly "real" management consulting but none of the glamor

      Pros

      Transparency from the CEO downwards. Very accessible upper management. The work - if you have the track record to pick and choose - can be interesting. Pay is on the bottom side of median for industry but conservative firm means in a down economy it's a good place to park yourself. Some really smart people work here (especially those from the startup years)

      Horrible, horrendous IT support Pay falling behind Dilution of talent as firm grows

      Pros

      There are no best reasons, inspite not at all recommended to others to work.... better look for other Job Offer.

      Cons

      1 or 2 downsides would have been there then it would have been close to best place. A book can be written on this "2 million reasons why not to chose Infosys"

      Good Work Culture, Poor HR Policies, Low Salary Compensation

      Pros

      - Facilities and Infrastructure is awesome - Bangalore campus is huge and has every thing inside, from Dominoes to Banks to Gym to Hair Cutting Saloon :) - Resources provided for the project work are excellent

      Cons

      - HR Policies make sure to restrict you in every possible way(Mandatory Yearly Certifications, Mandatory Working Hours -9 .25Hrs per day) - Low Salary Compensation - Appraisal and Onsite opportunities depend on your luck and not performance.
