      Good Campus across any DC ! Good extra circular activities.

      Cons

      Poor Leadership or Senior Mgmt.They are losing respect. Unable to retain excellent talents since they need to provide that visibility and recognition . Do not treat employees as their own.Need to motivate them so that they are committed to work. Poor HR and their Policies.No Empathy. Bottomline - After NRN and Nandan,Who would carry the long term vision and for how long ? Need a mentor of their calibre. The list could go on...

      Not able to grow in one technology

      Infosys provides long term onsite oppertunities. But puts in different technologies and not able to grown in one technology.

      Cons

      Certification policies of the infosys are not proper. They are not reimbursing the certification money, for all the IBU. This has to change
