The InStep program is more of a marketing gimmick than an actual job. The amount of work you do is dependent on your assigned supervisor.

Great training resources available, very supportive management and a lot of avenues to contribute (but only if you know where to find them). Chance to participate in business case competitions and workshops for various non-technical skills for better work life balance)
Cons
Might be too large an organization for some people, other than that, nothing much to report
Global Internship program, over 175 interns from 95 different world-class universities. Great opportunitie for communication and diversity, projects was challenging, great learning opportunity, very comprehensive financial support, good working environment
Cons
They donot allocate interns by their major, but by the school type. e.g. finance student from a college famous of its enginnering majors will be given technical projects... this is even more serious problem in countries other than India and US because of the culture difference, it is harder to know what type of education the student receives.
