      -Hybrid work mode with 1 days work from home -Able to acquired vast amount of knowledge and skills for fresh graduate especially -Good exposure on project management, product and process development and risk assessment

      -Unreasonable KPIs which did not align with the core job responsibility -Lack of incentives and profit bonus -Excessive workload with average pays
