      a lot of old white man screaming at each other

      work life balance and good salary

      Cons

      leadership is really terrible, a lot of fear on lower employee level and a lot of pressure from c level that leads to screaming meetings and readout calls from 8am to 18pm and extra mile from 18-22 in case of "leadership attention" that is actually no help and just puts more work and pressure on the teams
