      - Flexibility - Remote work - Ownership of Work - Allow full-time during the semester break

      Cons

      - No training provided to working students (although students are hired, but those who are hired should know everything; this is expected) - Only 6 months of contract provided, even if a student has more than a year before graduation - They follow processes over people, but it should be people over processes - I felt that people in Senior roles have not upgraded themselves due to their comfort zone - Lagging behind in AI development
