      * Work life Balance (hybrid). * Health Insurance Benefits (good topup).

      Cons

      * Salary Hikes and Bonus Payouts are quite less. * No/Minimal RSU. This is the worst part. Not comparable to any of the peers in the industry. RSU is not even guaranteed. * No ESPP.
