Poor benefit and health package. HR has no clue what employees want or how to retain people. Long working hours, even on week ends with no recognition or appreciation from management. "Pass the buck' attitude between various departments and sites. Management rarely has a clue on their strategies, often end up being market followers rather than leaders. High employment turn-over rate.Salary increment not in line with job responsibilities / position. Poor promotion opportunities, complicated promotion assessments methods. Poor communication between various sites, lack of info sharing, current implemented policies to promote knowledge exchange is severely deficient. Runs like one big dysfunctional family without a clear future.

Difficult recognition in terms of salary increase or bonus; unpredictable about job security. Absolutely no courses to keep state-in-the-art knowledge. No real incentives for papers/publications which is bad for the company itself.
