      Pros

      Nice office and building enviroment. Very diverse products which can ensure the vitalitiy of teh company for the near future

      Cons

      Unclear &Non-trasparant career path for the employees. Can be demotivating and thus reduce the efficienty of its work force. Reasonable pay Bad track record of maintaining good profit. The company has just started making reasonable profit in the past 2 years.
