      Good work life balance, people are nice and friendly. A good culture of learning.

      Cons

      low salary, not as stable as it used to be. people got layoff in replacement of cheaper labour.

      Pros

      good place to work. Nice people, motivated, innovative. social life is quite good. lots of career opportunities. very good compensation in case of lay off.

      Cons

      Company is too large. You do not want to get lost so you need to make a difference. Although my local own site was small so i did not suffer from these cons.
