      -Great place to work as it is very relaxing -Good boss with somehow good colleagues -Great facilities provided (Gym, Badminton, Basketball, Futsal, etc..)

      -Very hard to grow/climb -Salary are determined by yearly review, tend to get good results, even if work hard for the last 2 months before fiscal year end -Somehow the higher management will forgot what they've promised, and if pissed them off, all your rewards is gone -Not really appreciate talent, treat everyone equal
