      Pros

      The working environment is life balance promoting. People are great to work with and for and management develops employees to their fullest potential. The work is meaningful and you feel like you're apart of the overall team and end result.

      Cons

      Growth potential is limited. Only so many directors exist, so most end at middle management. People don't generally leave the company to leave vacancies for promotions.

      Pros

      good place to work. Nice people, motivated, innovative. social life is quite good. lots of career opportunities. very good compensation in case of lay off.

      Cons

      Company is too large. You do not want to get lost so you need to make a difference. Although my local own site was small so i did not suffer from these cons.
