The worst senior management I've ever encountered at a company. They're unable to decide upon an appropriate strategy for the company to pursue, leading to tons of reorgs and wild goose chase projects that don't lead to anything. The culture used to be better, but has declined sharply in the past few months with lots of pressure being put on low level employees and threats of PIP.
