Pros

Other than a good work/life balance, I honestly cannot think of any.

Cons

Little to nonexistent management. The most unprofessional office environment I have ever worked in. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional career.

Pros

- $ (base salary, commission, bonus) making $100,000+ is standard of reps who have been in role for 18+ months and consistently hit quotas (66%+ of sales org) - Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) - 401k Match - Jan 15th, April 15th, July 15th, Oct 15th - Weekly Monday Morning Training - Dale Carnegie Training - Management/National Account Training to all reps - Selling a product that works - Office Happy Hours - Office Sports Teams - Company contests - Summer Picnics - Holiday Parties - Halloween - Referral incentives ($ and prizes: GoPro, iPad, etc) - Things that do not exist today, will exist tomorrow. Aka: Promotions, new offices, new products, etc. The list could go on. Reach out to any SVP, VP, Senior Director, Director, Team Lead, Senior AE via LinkedIn/Facebook/etc for more information about the roles we have available at Indeed if you are interested in applying. If you are: Competitive, Determined, Ethical, and Fun - we want you on our team.

Cons

Unfortunately Sales (or just working in general) is not the right fit for everyone. If you often make excuses for your failures, do not enjoy making more money than your friends and family, and have a hard time keeping your nose down and working - this will not be the right fit for you.

Pros

Indeed has a really nice office and you receive free good food regularly. There is also a stocked kitchen with all the junk food you can imagine.

Cons

Your first day at Indeed they give you a shirt that says "I Help People Get Jobs", but myself and many others feel it should really say "I'll Soon Be Looking For A New Job", We feel this way for a few reasons and here they are: 1. Management: The management at Indeed does not know what they are doing and constantly harass us on a daily basis. Instead of giving us advice or assisting us with sales they find in necessary to send us documented emails that are titled "You Better Start Looking For A New (Cuss Word That Starts With a F and ends with I N G) Job". I'm not the only one who got an email like this. They are inexperienced and can't handle the stress and demand of managing a team of people. 2. Lead Generation: There is none. Indeed makes no effort in supplying their salesman with leads. The sales floor is over saturated and more then half of their team do not hit their quotas. If you have anyone to support or are looking to make money, look elsewhere. 3. Deception: Over the past month I overheard twice a manager ask someone to go on this site and write a good review because questions about their negative reviews were coming up in interviews....Sounds If you do decide to take an interview with this company you should ask the following: How much turnover do you have? How long does the average salesman stay with your company? How do you supply leads for your salesman? How is your healthcare plans? How is the management style? I hope this helps. Thank you
