Pros

Flexible hours, good product, great teammates. People are genuinely passionate about helping people get jobs. Fitness classes offered. Catered food multiple times per week. My Director is on top of everything and I love my Senior Director too!

Cons

New CS leadership is an embarrassment to anyone with any sort of intelligence. Can't send an email without grammar or spelling issues so instead send us degrading, kindergarten level videos with no intelligent information or inspiration. Does not appear to know anything about the issues we are actually facing with clients or our products. The strong team culture that once existed has died. Our bonus pool was reduced for no reason and no other segments of the business had their bonuses reduced. CS is already underpaid and this doesn't help with my team morale.

Thanks for sharing your perspective. It sounds like overall your experience has been a positive one, with your direct management, our benefits and our mission. As you know, we’re growing exponentially on the Client Success team and with growth, there will always be some adjustment between the seasoned employees and the structural changes needed to position us effectively. My desire is that this transition is productive and as smooth as possible for everyone, and I commit to communicating those changes timely. Communication is received differently by different people, so I will continue to use a variety of methods to deliver our messages (all-hands meetings, written communication, and video communication). Although it’s on all of us to uphold our strong culture inside Indeed, I respect and accept the responsibility as the leader to own it. I welcome your direct feedback so that I can address any other concerns you may have.

Pros

Benefits are great however they are just a ploy to lure good sales talent in the door. Barely anyone availed of the "unlimited PTO" as sales targets were ridiculously high and there was huge pressure to achieve them each quarter.

Cons

Call centre environment. A minimum of 40-50 cold calls per day. Micromanagement. Glorified call centre Cult like feel to the culture. Everyone is given Indeed merchandise to wear, there is constant updates on social media of this perceived "fun" life inside indeed, however the true reality, in my experience, was that most people on the sales floor were really unhappy due to the pressure and stress of the role.
